**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for law and a strong desire to excel in a dynamic legal environment. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis - Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions - Assist in negotiating settlements on behalf of clients - Represent clients in court proceedings - Provide legal administrative support to senior attorneys - Collaborate with colleagues on various legal matters **Requirements:** - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar association - Strong proficiency in legal drafting and writing - Excellent research skills with experience using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis - Ability to negotiate effectively and litigate when necessary This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow their legal career in a supportive and challenging environment.

Pay: $79,723.00 - $82,197.00 per year
