What You’ll Do:

• Get Customer Face Time: You will be front and center with our customers providing world class service and supply fulfilment
• Set the Stage: You’ll also be the wizard behind the scenes, setting up and installing cutting-edge audio and video equipment. Think interactive smartboards, video walls, display panels, and a variety of technical solutions.
• Tech Guru: Installation is your superpower. In many environments, you swoop in, diagnose installation objectives, and get things on track.
• Maintenance Marvel: Regularly check and maintain our AV gear. Safety first, always!
• Collaboration Champ: You’ll work closely with our creative teams, understanding project objectives and finding the perfect tech solutions.
• Media Magician: Ever set up a board for use? You’ll be our go-to magician for making it happen.
• Deliver, Deliver, Deliver: You’ll be operating company vehicles as you represent DSI goods and services and the world class value of our brand

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Tech Enthusiast: You live and breathe IT. It’s not just a job; it’s your passion project.
• Experience: You’ve got the chops – proven track record in IT support or a similar role. You’ll have at least one year’s technical experience in any industry or two years technical training.
• Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: When others see roadblocks, you see opportunities.
• Team Spirit: Collaboration is your secret sauce. You thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Software Savvy: Familiarity with industry-standard software and hardware including basic AV/IT networking concepts and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility: Ready to rock during regular hours and occasionally after hours? Let’s do this!
• Being There: You’re known for being timely, responsible, and organized.
• Getting Physical: You’ll be able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and stand/sit/walk for up to 4 hours.
• On the Road: You’ll be able to travel overnight up to 10 days per month.
