Uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Being an Auditing Director engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Additionally, Auditing Director builds auditing teams and expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May sometimes require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to a director. The Auditing Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Auditing Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     The Scanning & Auditing Clerk will scan all physical documents from various departments to produce digital copies of all records and handle all aspects of new and used inventory in accounting in a timely and accurate manner. High performers will build upon their accounting acumen and deeper knowledge in the industry while also building relationships and skills. This will serve them well on a path to growth within the accounting department.

    The Scanning & Auditing Clerk is supervised by the Office Manager

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

    · Responsible for sorting and preparing documents for imaging, correctly scanning, inspecting and accurately indexing those images.

    · Quality Control to ensure all images are readable, oriented properly, and that all images in each batch have been scanned correctly and legibly.

    · Confidentiality with all client and organization information to ensure it is protected.

    · Maintenance of scanning machine for performance and quality of documents being saved.

    · Support the accounting department with clerical and other duties as needed.

    · Other duties as assigned.

    · Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel.

    · Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers. 

    · Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards according to departmental policies.  

    · Arrive at work, take breaks, and depart work at the times designated by management.

    · Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.

    · Ensure that work areas and customer waiting areas are kept clean

    Hiring Requirements

    · High school graduate or equivalent.

    · 18 years or older

    · Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence

    · A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
