Auditing Manager executes a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Being an Auditing Manager engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Additionally, Auditing Manager builds auditing teams and expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May sometimes require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to a director. The Auditing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. We are currently looking to fill the position of Distribution Coordinator with a starting range of $20.00 - $20.00/hour, dependent upon experience, education, and skills. This position requires a full-time onsite presence.
The Distribution Coordinator works with various teams in the warehouse to receive, inspect, replenish, and/or ship surgical instrumentation and implants to healthcare facilities with impeccable attention to detail while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Work Environment
This job is performed in a high-volume, fast paced distribution/warehouse environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with individuals internal and external to the organization and read manuals and documents. The employee frequently is required to move about warehouse as well as the larger facility. The employee may be required to lift up-to 50 lbs. by themselves.
This is a full-time position which generally works daytime hours. It may reasonably require additional hours during the week and weekend; specific requirements will be determined with Manager or Supervisor.
