Auditing Manager executes a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Being an Auditing Manager engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Additionally, Auditing Manager builds auditing teams and expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May sometimes require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to a director. The Auditing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Property Management Company is seeking a self-motivated, organized, goal-oriented individual to join our winning team as a Community Manager to lead a Manufactured Housing Community in Temple, TX.  The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and on-site maintenance. This full-time salaried position starts at $40,000 annually based on experience. 

    Property Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Respond to resident inquiries and resolve resident complaints
    • Receive and enter payments into our property management system
    • Prepare and deliver late notices and perform the collections and legal filing process
    • Walk through the community regularly to maintain relationships with residents
    • Oversee efforts of maintenance staff and vendors
    • Enforce and maintain community rules and regulations

    Property Manager Required skills: 

    • Highly organized and disciplined
    • Self-motivated, proactive and able to follow directions well
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Computer skills, including Microsoft products
