Auditing Manager executes a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Being an Auditing Manager engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Prepares audit reports and recommends enhanced controls or processes as needed. Additionally, Auditing Manager builds auditing teams and expertise with coaching and developmental initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). May sometimes require Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Typically reports to a director. The Auditing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.

Learn and adhere to HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
Strong interest in human resources and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
