Auditing Project Lead leads a group of auditors who identify risk, assess performance, prepare financial reports in various complex auditing projects. Schedules audit plans and builds audit criteria, ensures all auditing activities in accordance with organization's policies and standards. Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Project Lead typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Position Overview:

    The Assistant Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth onboarding and recruitment of candidates, while also acting as a liaison between our team, candidates, and clients at various job sites. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Onboarding: Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and compliance measures are met.
    • Recruitment: Assist in recruiting candidates for various roles within the marine industry, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers.
    • Client & Candidate Site Visits: Meet with candidates and clients at job sites to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and provide support.
    • Project Coordination: Assist in the day-to-day operations of project management, including scheduling, tracking, and communicating updates to all relevant parties.
    • Candidate Support: Act as a point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process, providing guidance and answering questions related to employment.
    • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all candidate files and documentation are properly maintained and in compliance with legal and company standards.


    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or project coordination (experience in marine or shipbuilding industries preferred).
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as required.
