We are looking for an experienced Project Superintendent/Lead who is self -motivated, performance and results driven who will work to ensure the timely completion of maintenance related actions and projects.
As Project Superintendent/Lead one constructs, maintains, repairs and replaces building assets, finishes, and structure components to ensure facilities are fully functional, clean, safe and efficiently maintained by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
- Performs tasks related to the alteration, repair, construction and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, and walls in a commercial environment.
- Metal framing
- Drywall hanging & finishing
- Installation of doors & metal frames
- Installation of drop ceiling grid and tile
- Installation and repair of modular carpet squares
- Painting of ceilings, doors, windows, fixtures, and furniture.
- Perform modular furniture assembly and installation as needed
- Repairs and replaces door locks and hardware.
- Oversee sub-contractor activity
- Manage small projects
- Read and interpret building plans/blueprints
- Take measurement of distances and materials to establish the dimension/size of a structure
- Prepares and implements project budgets based on estimates
- Reviews scope of work request requiring a bid proposal with client
- Prepares project estimates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations to minimize risk of workplace accident
- Respond to off-hour emergencies
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess excellent Customer Service
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years experienced
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with CMMS software a plus,
- Personal Hand tools a plus
- Must of have the ability to complete required safety classes
- Must complete a satisfactory background and drug screen
- Valid Drivers license
