Auditing Project Lead jobs in Mesa, AZ

Seeking a well-qualified and highly motivated project management professional to lead the implementation of onsemi Supply Chain Management strategies.  The selected individual will be responsible for managing projects that “move the needle” including integration of acquisitions, major system implementations, and business process improvement projects. This leadership position requires continual interactions with both internal and external business executives to ensure the project outputs align with these stakeholder’s evolving needs. The selected individual is additionally responsible for ensuring that internal project management processes and standards are adhered to and continuously improved.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage project requirements with stakeholders throughout the life of the project
• Own the implementation of a defined scope, on schedule, within budget
• Lead teams of project managers or functional leaders that specialize in specific functional areas of onsemi business
• Communicate effectively and efficiently to the executive staff and other stakeholders
• Document & report on all aspects of the project

Know-how:

• Waterfall and agile project management methodologies, tools, and capabilities
• Excellent leadership skills to guide performance of project manager team members.
• Data gathering and analysis to understand gaps and issues in processes and tools.
• Broad, cross-functional experience in semiconductor manufacturing is highly valuable.
• Experience with integrations and divestitures a plus.
