Auditing Project Lead leads a group of auditors who identify risk, assess performance, prepare financial reports in various complex auditing projects. Schedules audit plans and builds audit criteria, ensures all auditing activities in accordance with organization's policies and standards. Being an Auditing Project Lead prepares auditing reports and suggestions to management. Provides oversight and guidance for auditors and may be responsible for training staff. Additionally, Auditing Project Lead ensures standard auditing practices are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree. May sometimes require the Certified Public Accountant (CPA)credential. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Auditing Project Lead supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Auditing Project Lead typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Right Lead Ranch is looking to add an additional care taker to our team. Duties include , stall cleaning (approx 25-30 stalls) , sweeping barn isle, operating a tractor, spreading manure, rebedding stalls, and other every day barn details.
If you are a driven individual, with attention to detail, take pride in your work and desire the satisfaction that comes with taking care of horses this may be for you. This position requires someone with integrity and self motivation to do their tasks without a supervisor down their neck. Horse handling experience is a must have for this position. We are looking for someone that can recognize issues that may need attention as they go about their daily tasks. This is a professional training business not a petting zoo.
Although horse handling experience is a must, some paid training is provided with this position.
This position is best suited for somebody with a moderate to quick working pace as it is paid by the job/stall
Approx hours below. Hours may vary slightly depending on work pace and occasional fluctuation of the number of stalls
This position is 5 days a week.

Tuesdays 8-1:30
Thursdays 8-12:30
Fridays 8-12:30
