Job Description: 

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant (Auditing) to join our team and play a role in ensuring the efficiency of administrative tasks while also overseeing the auditing processes within our organization. As an Administrative Assistant (Auditing), you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, conducting audits of various systems and documents, and implementing improvements to enhance our operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular audits of security cameras, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Perform detailed audits of spreadsheets, and operational documents to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

- Document audit findings and report to Upper Management to address issues and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain audit schedules to ensure timely completion of audits.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness.

- Maintain accurate records of audit findings and recommendations.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant (Auditing) or similar role.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Mac OS, Google Drive

- Knowledge of auditing principles and practices.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
