Auditing Supervisor supervises the day-to-day execution of a comprehensive enterprise-wide internal auditing strategy, function, and practice adhering to auditing standards and regulatory requirements. Supports auditing teams with resources, training, expertise, and problem-solving help to complete auditing projects. Being an Auditing Supervisor uses auditing governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules, projects, teams, and tasks required to meet defined objectives. Engages with other functions across the enterprise, like risk, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits. Additionally, Auditing Supervisor prepares audit reports, documentation, and recommendations for enhanced controls or processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require or be working towards a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Typically reports to a manager. The Auditing Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Expected Position Dates : Seasonal FT- Mid-May to Late October (Exact date TBD,
Salary : $19 / hour. This position is eligible for overtime, when approved.

Job Summary : In coordination and cooperation with the Ski / Bike Patrol Director and
Resort Management, the Bike Patrol Supervisor will provide leadership and daily
management and guidance of the Bike Patrol. The Bike Patrol Supervisor will
additionally be assigned special project areas to oversee and manage, such as
scheduling. The role of Bike Patrol Supervisor is key to providing input to the patrol
procedures, policies, budgeting, training, and strategic planning. Examples of special
project areas include : medical training, lift evacuation, facilities, equipment, quality
improvement, and procedures. The Bike Patrol Supervisor will be a good ambassador
for the resort, assist in creating a positive guest experience, and nurture a team
atmosphere for all staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Create a safer mountain experience for our employees and guests.
Operate safely at all times.
Directly supervise bike patrol operations and staff.
Conduct morning meetings with bike patrol staff.
Communicate and coordinate with the Ski / Bike Patrol Director.
Communicate and coordinate with resort management.
Support and implement bike patrol procedures and policies.
Oversee and support assigned project areas.
Provide emergency medical and rescue response for illness and injuries.
Provide high quality customer and guest services.
Support and implement required data collection and reporting.
Perform lift and mountain evacuations when necessary.
Assist with special events at the resort as needed.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) :
Experience in bike patrol at a bike park or similar venue for one year.
Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification, or equivalent.
Current Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) Certification, or
Current Wilderness First Responder (WFR) Certification, or
Current Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certification
Computer skills (Google platform, web-based applications, etc.)
Communicate clearly using a variety of methods; verbal, written, radios, text, tc.)
Needs to be self motivated, and willing to accept and learn from reflection and
feedback.
Physical Demands :
This is a frequently physically demanding position at times.
Must be able to stand, bend, climb, lift, twist, reach, push and pull repetitively.
Must be able to safely ride beginner and intermediate bike trails at the Thunder
Mountain Bike Park. The ability to ride higher level trails is desirable.
Must be able to operate a variety of equipment including vehicles, side-by-side
UTVs, ATVs and other mountain equipment
Must be mentally attentive and focused at all times.
Must be able to adapt to climate and work in extreme weather conditions.
Shift Considerations :
Hours may be long, including early morning through early evening.
Extended night search and rescues may lead to late ending of shifts.
Frequent weekend and holiday shifts.
Age Requirements :
Applicants must be at least age 18
Other Requirements :
National CORI background check required prior to being hired.
