Front Desk Receptionist – Parker Auto Body

Are you a people person with great communication skills? Parker Auto Body is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital part in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers for vehicle drop-off or pick-up with a warm and courteous approach.
• Update customers on the status of their vehicle repairs clearly and promptly.
• Communicate with rental companies to provide updates on repair progress.
• Send correspondence to insurance companies to facilitate processing and repairs.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
