Automation Specialist jobs in Bismarck, ND

Panhandle Lift Solutions is currently seeking a well-rounded rod lift automation and electrical expert to build a service team in the Bakken Shale. Ideal candidates will possess functional knowledge of single and multi-well pad rod lift automation and electrical applications. Candidates should be familiar with a broad range of VFD manufacturers as well as pump off control processes and controller (POC) functionality.

Skills:

Journeyman level electrical experience

Understanding of rod pump artificial lift applications

Understanding of rod pump artificial lift automation and controls

Proficient with variable frequency drive (VFD) applications

Strong familiarity with frequently used VFD/POC platforms such as Lufkin, Weatherford, SPOC and Champion X

Strong familiarity with standard upstream Oil and Gas instrumentation

Basic understanding of industrial communication systems

Basic understanding of SCADA / multi-protocol polling engines and services – specific to rod lift automation

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

• Dickinson, ND 58601: Relocate before starting work (Required)
