Service Team Roles/Responsibilities:
As applicable, may serve as a Service Lead for planned preventive maintenance, service calls and projects, including troubleshooting and executing programming and system corrective actions.
Construction Team Roles/Responsibilities:
Build BMS N4 stations and databases from the ground up
Act as team lead on project checkout and CX efforts
Provide station software including, but not limited to, the following specific tasks:
Create complex system graphics, including point links
Create complex trends
Create complex alarms
Create and/or implement modifications to more complex databases and system programs
Possible work as database/programming lead on small projects
Depending on the project, may execute customer Method of Procedure (MOP) and MCM
Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Qualifications
18 months minimum as Technician II or equivalent work experience
Overview of Tech II Benchmarks
Must be able to demonstrate reliable, successful performance of job responsibilities
Must be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of complex mechanical systems such as Central Plants, Boiler Systems and the Refrigeration cycle
Must be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of programming software including but not limited to creating station(s), setting up networks within a station - BACnet, LonWorks, MODBUS and IP, evaluating network structure(s), device addressing and converting sequences of operation into logic-based steps and format
Tridium N4 Certification required
Distech Controller course and/or experience, preferred
Distech GFX course and/or experience, preferred

Pay: $71,750.00 - $80,229.00 per year
