Job Description:
As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer receives the best financing options available while maximizing profitability for the dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis and Planning: Analyze financial data to determine dealership profitability and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Customer Financing: Work closely with customers to secure financing options that suit their needs and financial situations.
• Insurance Products: Offer various insurance products such as vehicle service contracts, GAP insurance, and extended warranties to customers, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Liaison with Lenders: Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing rates and terms for customers.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to structure deals that are financially beneficial for both the customer and the dealership.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive finance and insurance.
• Documentation: Oversee the accurate and timely completion of all finance and insurance paperwork, including contracts and DMV filings.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance and insurance team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a seamless and transparent financing process for customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on finance and insurance performance, including key metrics such as penetration rates and finance income.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in automotive finance management or a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and lending institutions.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership ability to effectively manage a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
