Job Summary:
The Automotive Finance Manager at Briggs Automotive Group in Fort Scott, Kansas is responsible for managing the financial operations of the dealership. This individual will oversee all aspects of automotive financing, including securing loans and leases for customers, maintaining good relationships with lending institutions, and ensuring compliance with all finance and insurance policies and regulations. This is a full-time, executive-level position in the auto industry, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is between $120,000 to $350,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. In addition to a competitive salary, the Automotive Finance Manager will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial aspects of the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage the finance and insurance department, including training, coaching, and supervising a team of finance professionals
- Work with lenders to secure competitive loan and lease terms for customers
- Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions and ensure dealership compliance with all lender policies and regulations
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and develop strategies to improve profitability
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to streamline processes and maximize customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all finance and insurance related laws and regulations
- Implement and enforce dealership policies and procedures related to finance and insurance
- May be required to assist with customer financing and loan/lease negotiations, as needed

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in auto industry finance, with 2 years in a management role
- Knowledge of finance and insurance regulations and laws
- Proven track record of successfully securing loans and leases for customers
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop effective strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
