Our dealership is busier than ever and there has never been a better time to join! Working as our Finance/F&I Manager, your main objective would be procuring financing for our clientele and helping our clientele throughout the lending process. The ideal candidate would have prior F&I experience with a proven track record.

Finance/F&I Manager Job Responsibilities

• Reviewing and confirming the agreed-upon sales figures.
• Preparing salespeople to confer with customers about needed services or products.
• Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs and presenting products to fulfill them.
• Obtaining credit approval, securing financing, and preparing delivery documentation.
• Provide world-class customer service to clients/guests.

Qualifications

Finance/F&I Manager Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of prior Finance Management experience.
• 3 years of Dealership experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
