The Finance and Business Manager will be responsible for achieving overall F&I goals, as well as building and motivating the team of Product Specialists.

This position consists of the following:

• Ethically achieve sales objectives for "love what you drive options" and unit count, both new and used
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism with guests and coworkers
• Collect and prepare legal documentation for the dealership and the DMV
• Train sales and management staff on a daily, weekly, monthly basis about the advantages of protection/financing options of the dealership
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering performance
• Ensures all deals are completely compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Ability to prepare paperwork, contracts and deliver deals within a timely and organized fashion.
• Ability to deliver required/proper documentation to lenders to ensure funding on all transactions that follow Penz F&I process.
• Proficient at structuring deals with the ability to maximize profitability.
