Automotive Glass Installer/Repairer jobs in Sarasota, FL

Responsibilities:
- Install and replace glass in various settings, including residential and commercial buildings
- Measure and cut glass to fit specific dimensions
- Assemble and install glass panels, windows, doors, and other glass products
- Caulk and seal joints to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing
- Repair or replace damaged glass or frames
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure accurate installation

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a glazier or in a related field
- Proficient in glass installation techniques and methods
- Knowledge of remodeling and construction processes
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in glazing work
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring and cutting glass
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during installation or repairs
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy glass panels or working in awkward positions
