*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between customers and the service department. *Responsibilities* - Greet customers and assist them with their service needs - Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles - Communicate service recommendations to customers clearly and effectively - Provide estimates for repairs and services - Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions *Experience* - Previous experience in automotive repair or service writing is preferred - Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, tire services, air brakes, and mechanics is a plus - Familiarity with dealership operations and automotive sales is advantageous - Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role - Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
