Responsibilities and Duties

• Resolve customer concerns/complaints
• Manage employees
• Hire new staff as needed
• Grow knowledge through ongoing training

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 years of work experience in sales or customer service in an automotive-related field
• Proven sales record
• Prior automotive management experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills
