As a < Project Manager> you will:

< The Wealth and Distribution Technology team is seeking an experienced project manager to lead projects supporting our career agency system.

• In this role you will be responsible for planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation and reporting of projects often of varying scope that involve teams across the enterprise.
• Accountable to manage and monitor project tasks and controls during project planning and delivery activities to ensure on-time and quality goals are met within scope and budget.
• Work independently and apply project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications, and presentations to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Understand, apply, promote and contribute to Client use of different delivery methodologies, standards and tools.>

The ideal candidate will have:

< Minimum of 8 years relevant Program/Project Management experience; driving execution of large complex projects

Previous experience with delivering projects involving financial services products , preferably asset and wealth management products, processes (e.g Fixed Income, Equity, OTC, Alternatives, Trust Services, Trade Order Management, Execution Management, CRM, Onboarding, Financial and Regulatory reporting for FINRA, OCC regulators etc.) and Broker Dealer.

Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Proven ability to apply advanced project and program management skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications and presentations

Advanced knowledge of project lifecycle

Effectively utilize current project planning, reporting and support tools (e.g. MS project, JIRA, Confluence, Clarity)

Experience with managing vendor relationships.

Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict management, coordination, and planning skills with cross-functional teams

Ability to assess a project's scope and the team's ability to execute.

Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and organization.

Strong organization skills and detail oriented

PM Certification (PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master) preferred.

Business Analyst experience preferred>

Pay Range*: <$80.00 - $85.00 per hour>

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
