Aviation Manager manages overall aviation operations focused on operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory and organizational operating policies, procedures, and standards. Develops plans and schedules skill development and training sessions for pilots, crews, and operators. Being a Aviation Manager ensures all operations follow and comply with current FAA regulations, airworthiness, and safety standards. Oversees flight scheduling, aircraft maintenance, and inspection operations. Additionally, Aviation Manager applies risk management best practices for safety to assess and manage operations May require a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to senior management. The Aviation Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.     A&P Mechanic - Product Delivery Operator, you will:

    • Diagnose test failures and assess hardware condition to provide recommended rework instruction and configuration changes.
    • Test operations include setting up and performing operational tests of finished products on high precision test stands. This activity uses hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic test equipment, fixtures and tools to obtain desired performance results.
    • Perform assembly activities using a variety of mechanical and electronic measurement equipment and specialized fixtures, tooling, gauging and torque mechanisms to obtain desired build requirements.
    • Work from drawings, work instructions, parts lists or other instruction and provide written communication defining performance results and situational circumstances.
    • Perform daily administrative responsibilities to support overall operations.

    Requirements & Preferred Experience:

    • A&P License with 2 years of aviation maintenance experience. * Experience requirement may be waived for well qualified and honorably discharged service members/veterans. Thank you for your service.*
