Joby Aviation is seeking a passionate program manager to join our commercial operations team with a focus on driving the development, planning, and execution of air taxi operations in domestic and international markets. You must be a strategic thinker, one who can represent Joby’s vision to key in-market commercial, political, and regulatory stakeholders. You must also be tactical in execution, capable of completing a range of tasks, from drafting operational manuals to coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the execution of go-to-market plans. Your prior aviation operations experience will serve as the bedrock from which you will build knowledge of eVTOL operations to become a sought-after subject matter expert. You will offer a credible and informed perspective on - and will drive execution of - the workstreams required to successfully launch a commercial eVTOL air taxi service. This in-person role is located at Joby’s offices in Marina, California.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $95,500 - $161,100. The compensation package offered will be determined by location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
