    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As an Aviation Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing aviation construction projects.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage aviation construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Oversee airfield maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and standards.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
    • Manage project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    • Lead project team meetings and provide direction to team members.
    • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in aviation projects, including construction and airfield maintenance.
    • P.E. license or the ability to acquire in 6 months.
    • Experience managing projects in compliance with FAA regulations and standards.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
    • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
