Back Bartender supplies and stocks the bar. Fills-in or assists bartender as needed. Being a Back Bartender may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. - Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on the premises
- Utilize CCTV and surveillance equipment to detect and prevent any suspicious activities or potential threats
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing directions or information
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any safety hazards or security breaches
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies or emergency services when required
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in loss prevention, conflict management, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR procedures is an asset
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices and procedures is advantageous
- Must be able to work in a militarized environment with strict adherence to protocols and regulations
- Strong observation skills with the ability to quickly identify potential risks or threats
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
