Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for a Bakery Clerk with a robust passion for pastry and bakery, to support our chefs in crafting exquisite pastries and bakery goods. This role is central to our mission, ensuring each product not only meets but exceeds our exacting standards. Responsibilities:

• Assisting the chef in the preparation and production of pastries and bakery items.
• Upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Engaging in efficient inventory management to maintain ingredient availability.
• Adapting to a fast-paced, mass production setting with specified lead times.
• Committing to the standards of excellence set by Eat Mimi and Frenzye.

Requirements:

• A profound passion for bakery, with an emphasis on pastry art.
• Preferred: Pastry education, formation, or culinary arts diploma.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work 2-4 days per week depending on the season, with the potential for full-time hours.
