We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deli/Bakery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our deli/bakery. As the Deli/Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality, managing staff, and maintaining a positive customer experience while adhering to budgetary guidelines.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of deli/bakery operations, including production, staffing, and inventory control.
• Train and develop staff in deli/baking techniques, food safety practices, and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli/bakery workspace.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management or culinary roles, preferably within a deli/bakery setting.
• Experience in staff training and development is essential.
• Knowledge of food management principles and culinary techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team while fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to support deli/bakery operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
