- Prepare the facility for daily operations, including setting up tables, chairs, and other necessary equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met by cleaning and organizing the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with food preparation, such as slicing vegetables or preparing ingredients
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating a cash register and handling customer payments
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items
- Upsell additional products or services to customers to enhance their experience
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area throughout the day
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred
- Familiarity with retail math for cash handling purposes
- Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
