Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager assists in the management of the loan processing operations team that originates, processes, and closes various types of loans. Implements processes and procedures to maintain accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Being a Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager monitors achievement of operating performance metrics and standards for speed, quality, and customer service. Develops solutions to resolve operational issues. Additionally, Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager oversees the preparation of reporting for internal departments and external agencies. How you will contribute:
Review audit engagement procedures performed by the audit team in a timely and professional manner
Perform detailed audit procedures over various income statement and balance sheet accounts when necessary
Understand client service relationships and how to utilize firm resources to provide unmatched client service to existing clients
Use technology tools proficiently in regular assignments and demonstrate a commitment to improving work processes through the use of technology
Demonstrate your ability to recognize problems and propose sensible solutions, with an appropriate balance between client needs and the firm's risk
Meet assigned deadlines or budgets and provide advance warning of any variances
Assist in managing, developing, and coaching professional staff
Participate in board and audit committee meetings and presentations
Build personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunities
Providing staff with timely performance feedback

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
At least 7 years of relevant audit experience
CPA license
Experience managing multiple complex client engagements
Industry experience in Commercial Banking
