This position will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Power Platform thought leadership and design for a new platform leveraging multiple Microsoft products within the Commercial Banking sales enablement ecosystem including: Microsoft 365 suite, Microsoft 365 Copilot, MS Teams, MS Dynamics, MS Azure, MS Power Apps, MS Automate, & MS Power BI This is an opportunity to support new market leading products, working with your business and technology partners to align strategic business needs with value, support an agile execution, and drive adoption across multiple platforms.
In this role, you will:-
Lead detailed research on business requests to develop efficient and accurate human centric design requirements.

Partner with technology on Power Platform rapid design and development Proto Typing activities

Work with internal partners to gather a deep understanding of client's business needs to develop requirements for the implementation of Microsoft Business Applications

Design sustainable, value-generating solutions leveraging proven practices of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams & PowerApps implementations.

Perform fit/gap analysis between implemented Microsoft products listed above functionality and client requirements.
- Design custom Power Apps and work with Power Automate

Stay up to date on new technologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications, US:-
5 years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:-
Persistence and drive to see new projects and processes through from ideation, through early adoption, and into mainstream use. While maintaining ability to understand sunk cost and move to new application quickly

Experience with of MS Azure, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Power BI, Dynamics Marketing 365

Experience with Commercial Banking - Middle Market Banking data dimensions and sales process.

Ability to work effectively with Developers, Testers, PMs, QAs, and BAs supporting development.

Pay Range
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
