    Opportunity:


    Virtual Service Operations is searching for a Desktop & Depot Support Manager to join our team in Andover, Massachusetts. In this role you would be a part of our growing relationship with one of our great clients and be responsible for managing a team tasked with Desktop and Depot Support.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team of support engineers
    • Ensure all the client desktop support tasks are being done in a timely and efficient manner (Software Break Fix support, Image Loads, Asset Recovery, Asset Tagging, Printer Support, etc...)
    • Ensure all the client depot support tasks are being done in a timely and efficient manner (Managing the storage, inventory, and picking/packing of equipment, etc...)
    • Ensure all documentation and reporting is being completed
    • Ensure that all tasks are compliant with our client's policies

    Qualifications:

    • Previous IT Management experience
    • 2-3 years of previous experience in Desktop/Depot Support or similar roles
    • Experience providing leadership and managing a team and helping to develop that team in their careers
    • Expertise in documentation & reporting
    • Expertise in Inventory Control

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certified Dell Technician
    • Knowledge of PC Imaging


    Requirements

    • Must be within driving distance of Andover, Woburn, or Tewksbury Massachusetts, and be willing to work onsite in one of these locations.
    • Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
