Bankruptcy Specialist is responsible for the documentation and filing of loan bankruptcy materials with the appropriate attorneys. Ensures full compliance with loan bankruptcy regulations. Being a Bankruptcy Specialist monitors accounts throughout the loan bankruptcy process and contacts appropriate party when necessary. Verifies the bankruptcy is secured and acquires a copy of the proposed Chapter 13 Plan on all secured accounts. Additionally, Bankruptcy Specialist captures Chapter 7 reaffirmation agreements to management for approval. Distributes account balances and interest rates to the secured and unsecured balances. Stays current with changing state specific bankruptcy laws. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Bankruptcy Specialist works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. To be a Bankruptcy Specialist typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. The Client Retention Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with the primary objective of retaining clients and increasing their adoption of additional Stretto products and services. Executing on the company’s established retention and cross-promotion strategies, this position will support initiatives geared towards the consumer-bankruptcy market. The Client Retention Specialist will collaborate with their counterparts across service lines to implement best practices for client satisfaction. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development Teams to outline streamlined processes geared towards facilitating account management, including implementation of verbal and written communication scripts. This position will provide day-today account support as needed and recommend business solutions according to clients’ individual needs and objectives.

The hourly pay range for this role is currently $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members.
