Banquet Bartender - Casino jobs in Montana

```Duties```
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and following all state laws and guidelines. This job will be for 3 days a week and working events which are usually evening shifts. Your main duties will include:

- Greeting customers and taking their drink orders
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mixing ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Providing recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Ensuring the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Operating cash registers and handling payment transactions and counting back change
- Cashing casino tickets, and keeping casino clean and stocked with supplies
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and growing customer base

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of alcohol and gambling regulations, and food safety precautions
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing
- Ability to work as a productive team member, and self motivate
- Familiarity with bar/casino environments, food handling procedures and safety protocols
- Cash handling experience, including operating a cash register and counting back change -Common sense and able to apply to everyday situations -Fun personality and ability to entertain guests -Ability to follow company policy, rules, and be a team player
