Banquet Server

Nashawtuc Country Club is looking for a courteous and professional banquet server to join our team. If you are passionate about providing the ultimate event experience to our members and their guests we want to hear from you!

Part-time & full - time hours available ~ $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Execute events as specified on Banquet Event Orders

· Provide immediate attention to members and guests upon arrival and seating

· Serve members and guests in efficient, attentive and courteous manner

· Follow proper steps of service and plate presentation

· Maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance at all times

· Perform set up and breakdown tasks such as removing linen, moving tables, chairs, bussing glasses, dishes, silverware, and re-setting rooms

Qualifications

· Experience working as a banquet or restaurant server is preferred

· Possess knowledge of proper service standards and etiquette

· Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, staying on your feet, carrying trays

· Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

· Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
