- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure prompt and efficient service throughout the event
- Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Skills:
- Previous experience as a banquet server in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Knowledge of food service and catering procedures
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
