Description
The Set-up Attendants are responsible for setting up and breaking down for various member functions.
This includes but not limited to:
- Completion of all daily room set-up configurations for all member parties and functions, based on details from the Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
- Daily cleaning, dusting, polishing of event furnishings, rooms and/or entrances on the property pertaining to a member event. T.
- Responsible for the set-up, breakdown and the operational condition of Club owned Audio & Visual equipment and Crestron, sound system.
- Attend all scheduled weekly staff meeting and complete all team projects and task lists.
Requirements
- Microsoft/Apple applications preferred
- Experience in the field of at least 1 to 2 years is preferable
- Part-time 24 plus per week/seasonally
- Pay is dependent on experience and knowledge of the job.
