Key Responsibilities

• Perform mold changes on machines with a teammate, both installation and removal.
• Perform set-up of injection molds.
• Troubleshoot machine and mold complications.
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on molds.
• Responsible for supplying own tools.
• Strong attention to detail and very safety oriented.
• Performs other tasks and projects as assigned.
• Leads by example and performs all job duties in accordance with The HC Companies values.
• Supports all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Creates and maintains a safe work environment and enforces all safety rules.
• Support all company policies and procedures including 5S and focused work teams.
• Working knowledge of techniques, materials, tools and equipment used in machinery maintenance.
• Must possess good communication/interpersonal skills and get along well with others.
• Must have a good working knowledge of production processes with a mfg. environment.
• Must be able to work OT (overtime).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attendance record.
