```Duties```
- Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
- Perform hair coloring and highlighting treatments using color theory knowledge
- Offer hair extension services to clients seeking length or volume
- Use straight razors for precise and clean shaves
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Sanitize tools and equipment regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Utilize salon software, such as MINDBODY, for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations if needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with retail sales of hair care products

```Qualifications```
- Must be a licensed barber in the state of [Location]
- Proficient in barbering techniques and styles
- Knowledge of color theory for hair coloring treatments
- Experience with hair extensions is a plus
