Barber jobs in Utah
Barber cuts, shapes, trims, and tapers hair. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Barber requires at least 2-4 years experience cutting hair. May be required to be licensed as a Barber. Additionally, Barber has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. DUTIES:
- Provide exceptional services to clients, including haircuts, face shaves, and beard trims.
- Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and tracking sales.REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid barbering license in the state of Utah.
- Willing to train those with little experience but the right attitude!
- Experience in hair styling and barbering techniques including use of a straight razor are a huge plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, supplies, and maintain a clean work environment.Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
