We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Barista/Cashier/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty drinks.

-Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment to uphold health and safety standards.

-Ensure cleanliness of service and seating areas for a pleasant customer experience.

-Describe menu items and provide recommendations to customers, enhancing their overall experience.

-Greet customers warmly upon entry and departure from the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

-Effectively manage customer orders and provide prompt, courteous service.

-Monitor and maintain the visual appeal and availability of baked goods on display.

-Handle customer transactions using the POS system accurately.

-Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.

-Ability to lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or more and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in a barista, cashier, or server role preferred but not required.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

-Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

-Basic math skills for handling transactions.

-Flexibility to work day shifts on all days except Tuesdays.
