```Job Overview``` We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages for our customers. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities``` - Greet customers and take their orders with a friendly and positive attitude - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist with food preparation as needed - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns - Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales ```Requirements``` - Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and ability to handle food safely - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail If you are passionate about coffee, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
