What you’ll do in this role:

• Provide oversight and guidance of the day-to-day operations of assigned clinic site by assuring consistent execution of established policies and procedures
• Collaborate with on-site Office Manager to administer the intake/onboarding of new staff and clients
• Review clinical documentation of BCBAs to ensure quality standards are met and client is progressing towards their individualized goal selections
• Act as clinical leadership for BTs/ RBTs/ BCBAs in cooperation with the regional leadership team and the Chief Clinical Officer
• Prepare and maintain records and reports pertaining to client evaluations and treatment plans
• Ensure clinical quality by providing training opportunities and hands-on assistance to clinic staff
• Provide oversight and guidance to BCBAs related to caseload management and RBT assignments

We are looking for a compassionate Clinic Director with:

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting, preferred
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB, required
• Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
• Expert knowledge of scientifically-validated methodologies and approaches found to benefit individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including familiarity with current related research findings
• Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position (on the floor or in a chair) to a standing position as well as the ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion
