Behavioral Health Director oversees the study and treatment of patients with emotional, mental, or psychological disorders. Develops, implements, and updates strategic initiatives, programs, and services. Being a Behavioral Health Director manages and directs the operations of behavioral health services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director to help lead our organization who has a comprehensive understanding of the day to day of an outpatient facility for Mental Health and Substance Abuse. The Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including strategic planning, project management, business development, and operations management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in senior leadership roles.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and support to department heads to ensure effective execution of projects and initiatives

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, donors, community partners, and government agencies
- Collaborate with the board of directors to develop policies, procedures, and governance structures that align with best practices
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members to ensure a high-performing team
