Montana based gaming machine route operator is seeking a Casino Route Service Technician for the Miles City Area. JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!
This position will be trained in every aspect of casino gaming machine, electronics and related equipment service and repairs. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to learn new tasks, have a strong customer service focus, excellent time management and the highest level of honesty and integrity.
· Self-starter.
· Ability to work in fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
· Computer and phone/mobile device proficiency. (knowledge of Microsoft Office).
· Ability to communicate information/instructions effectively to non-technical persons.
· Electronics experience preferred, but not necessary.
· Reliable automobile and proof of current auto insurance.
· Valid and current driver’s license
Must be 21 years old or older.
The Casino Route Service Technician installs and tests products, equipment and machines, provides instructions to customers on the proper usage of their product.
Additional responsibilities include:
· Effective communications with co-workers and customers.
· Using electronic diagnostic tools to identify issues and Evaluating the available information.
· Fixing defective or broken products.
· Upgrading software.
· Running software tests on existing systems.
· Performance of routine, regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to avoid issue and potential down time.
· All services performed will be logged thoroughly and accurately in the company service programs.
Physical Demands:
· Walking, bending, lifting, squatting, repetitive motion, use of hand tools and test equipment.
· Driving short and long distances.
· Occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs.
