    Position Summary:
    Support the project manager and other leaders in providing general administrative support for the construction project office.

    **This position is located near Clarion, PA.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for filing and typing.
    • Purchase order and subcontract documentation support, including preparation, routing, follow-up and tracking of change orders and other contractual documents.
    • Scheduling support for meetings, training, and other events.
    • General administrative support for construction project teams.
    • Maintains timekeeping and enters payroll into Viewpoint.
    • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
    • Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.
    • Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
    • Manage supplies and ordering.
    • Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.


    Education and Experience:

    • Associates degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred but not required.
    • Previous exposure in construction, accounting and/or payroll functions preferred.


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Must have excellent organizational skills.
    • Must be dependable and professional.
    • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Must have strong writing skills, including proofreading and editing of professional business correspondence.
    • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with multiple team members and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
    • Must be able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks in fast paced, schedule driven environment.


    Relationships:
    Reports to the area manager/project manager and closely interacts with all levels of team members within the organization.

    Working conditions:
    100% of duties are performed in a temperature controlled, fluorescent-lighted environment. About 90% of time is spent working with a computer. 10% of the workday is spent working with management and associates. Others impose 100% of deadlines. Some lifting between 0 -20 lbs. is required.
