An ideal applicant will have a career interest in business management, have good communication skills and be capable of leading others. The Employee Benefits Managers provide worksite benefit counseling to state, municipal, and private sector employers to help them design a program that will serve all of their employee's needs. They will also be required to help manage existing customer accounts.

* Strong in-person and phone communication skills.

* Great organizational skills.

* Team-builder with a strong passion for helping people.

* High integrity and is familiar with HIPAA requirements.

* Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

* Laptop & Smartphone required

* Will eventually require state licensing.

* Must be at least 18 yrs old, have a valid drivers license, and no felony convictions.

Pay: $53,678.00 - $107,852.00 per year
