Benefits Administrator
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for administering and coordinating all aspects of medical and dental insurance and flexible spending programs. Oversees enrollment, record keeping, and participant status of employee pension (401k) program. Ensures SCARC compliance with ACA and offering of benefits to eligible employees, reporting, and maintenance of such. Tracks and provides required annual reporting via OSHA 300 site reports. Provides ongoing DOL required tracking of hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations. Coordinates Employee Awards including DSP recognition, longevity, referrals, Key to Success and maintains historical database as such. Must have working knowledge of COBRA regulations. Highly skilled in Excel. Experience in benefits administration preferred and Bachelor’s degree required.
