The Benefits Administrator is responsible for managing employee benefits programs within the organization. The primary focus will be on administering various benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. This role will work closely with employees to ensure they understand their benefits packages and assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have; and collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure that benefits programs are effectively implemented and compliant with relevant regulations.
